We’re a small family-run business. In many ways we’re like most other small family-run businesses around Australia.

You might be an electrician, plumber, or other tradie with some unique requirements for doing business (licencing, compliance with health and safety, etc.) but many of the day-to-day business challenges we face are similar.

And we all want security and prosperity for our families, right?

Since 2012, we’ve been set up specifically to help businesses like yours: family-run, hardworking, and ambitious.

No one shared my values—
so we created a company where we could live them.

I’m Rob Green, founder and director of Infuse (previously Sterling Business Accountants).

For almost three decades prior to forming our company, I worked with partners in firms and for the corporates.

In every case, I found that my values and objectives, particularly in relation to client engagement, weren’t shared by my partners.

So we set up our own family business to live these values.

Infuse as you see it now is the culmination of years of delivering the right advice and the right service at the right time to other family business owners.

Since we started, we’ve experienced double digit growth year on year purely through referrals. So we know we’re doing something right.

My wife and daughter work alongside me. We moved out of our home into a commercial office in Geelong after 12 months (in 2013); and we brought my wife Andrea’s bookkeeping business on board with the accounting services.

In 2019, we rebranded to Infuse and moved into larger premises here in Geelong, allowing for further growth of our team.

For the fit out work required, the architect, builder, electrician, air con specialist, sign writer, phone specialist and window manufacturer were all clients of ours!

Geelong remains our ‘head office’ but we also have serviced offices in Melbourne and Brisbane, where we’re able to host face to face meetings with clients.
